I decided to not translate directly some of the terms used, so here’s a quick overview of their meaning:
Bhavacakra – The Wheel of Life, a symbolic representation of the cycle of rebirth present in Buddhist teachings (for the reference, all subsequent terms are strictly referring to Buddhist teachings).
Karma Chakra – while not mentioned directly, the word “chakra” in Buddhist teachings generally refers to the cycle of something, so just like Bhavacakra was the Wheel of Life, I suppose they meant “the Karmic Wheel”
Trivisha – “Three poisons” which keep humans in the cycle of rebirth (ignorance, attachment, and aversion)
Yamaraja – basically the same thing as Yama, lord of the death and underworld.
ヤハーレ doesn’t seem to have any meaning in particular.
I interpreted the “Whether you go up or down” part as whether you move up or down the “realms” or even within the realms.
産声あげた罪と 涙の一滴伝う頬に
赤く咲いた彼岸の華燃えている
叶わぬ切なる悲願のまま輪廻の輪を逃れられずに
ubugoe ageta tsumi to namida no itteki tsutau hoo ni
akaku saita higan no hana moeteiru
kanawanu setsunaru higan no mama rinne no wa wo nogarerarezu ni
The sin that was born and the tear that dripped down your cheek
Make the red flower of Higan burst in flames
With that impossible, earnest wish, you still cannot escape the cycle of rebirth
誰もが此処を浄土と信じたがる
苦しみに慣らされた末期に
dare mo ga koko wo joudo to shinjitagaru
kurushimi ni narasareta makki ni
Everyone believes that this is the paradise
At the end of their painful lives, they’ve already grown accustomed to

The Trivisha are blind to the pain right before your eyes
